Trilok Singh, I have a friend who is under treatment for depression. I never knew that depression is a serious Contemporary issue until recently i came to know about his case and saw WHO Reports. This Year, The World Health Organisation (WHO) is more focusing on depression; it major goals that making the general public more aware about “Depression”. Every computer or automated machine is governed by an operating system (OS), a core set of instructions that determine how it will perceive, act and react. The burden of “depression” and other mental health conditions is on the rise globally. A World Health Assembly resolution passed in May 2013 has called for a comprehensive, coordinated response to mental disorders at country level. WHO, Depression results from a complex interaction of social, psychological and biological factors. The great philosopher Aristotle, 2300 years ago proclaimed that happiness is the only possible purpose and aim of life because it is the only goal that is an end by itself.
